The Library Menu will contain text files on various disability
related subjects willowed together here for your convenience.

If you desire to read these files offline or to save them to a
disk on your local machine you can begin to read the file and
at any point open a capture file with your communications program
and press the letter 'T' to tell the BFN pager to restart the document
from the top and to send it continuously without any pauses.

Please bear in mind that these files are presented as a reference
only and may not contain the most up-to-date information available.
